Our studio’s private setting, with only 5 students per group class, ensures each student gets individualized attention. Pilates is transformation for every body, but effective training depends on skillful movement, and attentive instruction towards technique and posture.

Group classes are held on highest quality, custom-made Align and Peak Pilates reformers
